Engineering Lead at Amazon Web Services, building the real-time voice and ML inference platform behind Amazon Connect.

I lead the org shipping speech-to-speech and LLM inference systems at scale. Recently architected the Nova Sonic S2S pipeline achieving sub-2s time-to-first-audio at 100k+ concurrent users.

My work sits at the intersection of applied AI and systems engineering: low-latency inference, real-time streaming, GPU cost optimization, and multi-region fault tolerance.

Before this, I built seller-facing platforms at Amazon Marketplace — including the VAT Calculation Engine processing 250M+ events/month across 300k+ sellers globally. Progressed from SDE-I → SDE-III over five years.
